Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a face-to-face service?

  • My clients are located globally, and my services are available online via zoom, teams and telephone. Should you require a face-to-face service, this is subject to availability and additional fees apply. 

Do you only work with mid to senior level  professionals?

  • While this is my niche, I work across a broad range of role levels and industries, including supporting graduates to integrate into the work environment.


Do you guarantee interviews or employment?

  • As much as I would love to I can’t, there are too many factors that contribute to whether an applicant is shortlisted for a position or not.

Resume writing process

  • After I receive your enquiry and identify that I can help you, I will provide you with a final quote.

  • Should you accept the quote, I will send through an invoice for payment which is required within 3 days of issue.

  • Once payment has been received in full you will receive a questionnaire via email to complete which will provide me with additional information I need to start your work.

  • I will schedule a strategy call with you to ensure that I have a good understanding of your background and requirements prior to commencing with the draft documents.

  • You will receive your draft resume and cover letter via email within approx. 5-10 business days. 

  • Thereafter, I will arrange for a follow up phone call (or email if you prefer) to go through the documents to ensure that you are satisfied with the work and make any changes if required.

  • If applicable I will then proceed with final edits and provide the you with your final documents within 2-4 business days in both word and pdf format, via email. 

  • If no changes are required I will immediately after the final call and via email provide you with your documents in both word and pdf format.

How soon will I receive my documents?

  • My turnaround time will be advised upon quotation (usually approx. 5 – 7 business days). 

Do you write LinkedIn profiles?

  • Absolutely, however this service is available as an add on when purchasing a resume and cover letter package.

Do you write KSC (Key Selection Criteria)?

  • I sure do, this service includes defining the essential criteria for satisfying the requirements of the job.

Priority Service

  • Should you require your documents within 2 - 4 business days, a $197 priority fee will apply and is subject to availability.

Payment Terms

  • I accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit card.

  • Payment is required upfront so that I can schedule your work accordingly.

  • Payment plans within reason are available for coaching services.

  • All pricing is in Australian dollars.

Refunds, change of mind and cancellations

  • My fee is not refundable should you change your mind.  Should you wish to cancel for reasons beyond your control, you may be eligible for a partial refund.  The amount refunded will be discretionary and based on the amount of time already invested in your work, as well as an administration fee.



  • All prices quoted will incur an additional 10% for GST (Goods and Services Tax).
