Do you offer face-to-face services?

  • My clients are based globally, and I provide all services online via Zoom, Teams, and telephone. If you require face-to-face sessions, this may be possible depending on availability, and additional fees will apply.

 

Do you only work with mid- to senior-level professionals?

  • Although this is my area of expertise, I work with individuals across a wide range of roles and industries, including assisting students and graduates as they transition into the workforce.

 

Do you guarantee interviews or employment?

  • While I wish I could guarantee interviews or employment, there are many variables that influence whether an applicant is shortlisted or hired.

 

Resume Writing Process

  • Once I receive your enquiry and confirm I can assist, I will provide a final quote. If you accept, I will send an invoice, which must be paid within 3 days of issue.

  • Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a questionnaire that will help me gather the information needed to begin your work. I will also schedule a strategy call to ensure I understand your background and requirements before drafting your documents.

  • You will receive your draft resume and cover letter via email within 5-10 business days. After reviewing, we’ll arrange a follow-up call (or email, if preferred) to ensure satisfaction and make any necessary adjustments.

  • If applicable, I’ll finalise the edits and provide your documents within 2-4 business days in both Word and PDF formats. If no changes are needed, I will immediately send your final documents via email in both formats.

 

How soon will I receive my documents?

  • My standard turnaround time is usually 5-10 business days, which will be confirmed in your quote.

 

Do you write LinkedIn profiles?

  • Yes, I offer LinkedIn profile writing as an add-on only when purchasing a resume and cover letter package.

 

Do you write KSC (Key Selection Criteria)?

  • I no longer offer this service.

 

Priority Service

  • If you need your documents within 2-4 business days, a $197 priority fee will apply, subject to availability.

 

Payment Terms

  • I accept bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card payments.

  • Payment is required upfront to schedule your work.

  • Coaching clients, payment plans can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

  • For international clients, all commissions and fees are for the client's account.

  • All pricing is in Australian dollars.

Refunds, Change of Mind, and Cancellations

  • My fees are non-refundable if you change your mind. If you need to cancel for reasons beyond your control, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be discretionary and based on the time invested in your work, plus an administration fee.
