What services do you offer?

I offer tailored, one-on-one career services to support clients at all stages of their professional journey. Services include:

Who do you work with?

My focus is on corporate professionals, but I also assist career changers across various industries.

 

Do you offer face-to-face services?

No, my services are primarily delivered online via Zoom/Microsoft Teams, allowing me to support clients worldwide. 

 

Do you guarantee interviews or employment?

As much as I’d love to, I cannot guarantee interviews or job offers. Many factors influence recruitment outcomes, including market conditions and individual employer preferences. However, my goal is to equip you with strong, targeted documents and strategies to improve your chances of success.

 

What is the resume writing process?

1. You submit an enquiry, and I’ll confirm whether I can assist.

2. I’ll send you a quote and once accepted, an invoice will be issued (payment due within 3 days).

3. Once payment is received, you'll be sent a questionnaire to help me gather your background information.

4. If required, we’ll book a strategy call to align on your goals before I begin drafting.

5. Draft resume and cover letter will be delivered via email within 5–10 business days.

6. After review, we’ll arrange a call or email follow-up for any refinements.

7. Final documents will be sent within 2–4 business days in Word format.

 

How soon will I receive my documents?

Standard turnaround is 5–10 business days, which will be confirmed in your quote. 

 

Do you offer a priority service?

Yes. If you need your documents within 2–4 business days, a $157 AUD priority fee will apply. This is subject to availability and must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Do you optimise LinkedIn profiles?

Yes. LinkedIn profile optimisation is available as an add-on when purchased with a resume and cover letter package.

Do you write Key Selection Criteria (KSC)?

No. I no longer offer KSC writing services.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept payment via bank transfer or credit card.

• Payment is required upfront to confirm your booking.

• For coaching clients, payment plans may be available on request.

• International clients are responsible for any bank or currency conversion fees.

• All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

 

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

All fees are non-refundable in the event of a change of mind. If you need to cancel due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a partial refund. This refund is discretionary and will include an administration fee.
